(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 28 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at an Alma Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at approximately 1:20 a.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Main Street and Prospect Street when a vehicle attracted an officers attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at an Alma Street address.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 28 year old Chad LOWE of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
