Chad Henderson – Liquor Out Of Residence

(RIPLEY, ON) – On May 26th, 2012 at 7:10 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of vehicle occupants drinking alcohol. The vehicle, a White Ford Taurus, was located on Huron Street in Ripley and a rear seat passenger was found in possession of open alcohol. 21 year old Chad HENDERSON of Morris Turnberry Township was charged with Consuming liquor out of residence. The South Bruce OPP is sending a reminder to all residents – open alcohol is only permitted in a residence, licensed premise or private place. The South Bruce OPP has a zero tolerance for mixing alcohol and driving.
