DOMESTIC DISPUTE

(Madoc Twp, ON) – On April 13, 2015 at 8:15 a.m. members of Central Hastings O.P.P responded to a domestic dispute to a residence on Queensborough Road in Madoc Township. The investigation revealed a male damaged property in the home belonging to his girlfriend. As a result the 18 year old male of Tweed, ON was arrested and charged with Mischief. He will appear in Ontario Court of Justice Belleville at the end of May 2015.

BREACH OF COURT ORDER

(Madoc, ON) – On April 13, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. Central Hastings O.P.P received a harassment complaint in relation to unwanted messages posted on social media. The investigation revealed the male who posted the online comments was breaching a court order involving non-communication conditions with the victim. As a result, 30 year old Jason ROGERS of Belleville, ON was arrested and charged with Fail to Comply with Recognizance. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

STOLEN CHAINSAW

(Centre Hastings, ON) – Sometime between April 6, 2015 and April 13, 2015 a chainsaw was stolen from an unlocked shed situated on a residential property on Slab Road in the Municipality of Centre Hastings.
