(Selwyn Township ON) – On Monday September 22, 2014, at approximately 3:00 a.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP had occasion to investigate an erratic driver on Chemong Road.
Officers were patrolling the area stopped a motor vehicle being operated by 49 year old Cathy WHEATON of Peterborough. The driver was investigated at this time.
As a result of the investigation WHEATON was arrested and charged with Imparied Operation and Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in her Blood.
WHEATON was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on November 6, 2014.
