(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer was on patrol on Highway 24 South, in the County of Brant.
At approximately 1:09 a.m. Friday July 11th, 2014, the officer stopped a 2005 Chevrolet for erratic driving. While the officer was talking to the female driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The female driver was taken to the Brantford City Police Service for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Cassandra TALBOT 31 years of age from Norfolk County is facing the following criminal charges
Drive over 80 milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content
Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on August 22nd, 2014 to answer to the charges.
