(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON)On August 23, 2013 at approximately 00:43am, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers observed a 2012 BMW driving along Main Street South near Alma Street in Rockwood, Guelph-Eramosa Twp. Officers conducted a traffic stop and found the female driver had consumed alcohol.
Caroline YOUNG age 27 of Aiken, South Carolina is charged with Over 80, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 27, 2013 to answer to the charge.
