On August 10 at 12:19am OPP officers responded to a single car collision on Dunmore Road in Admaston/Bromley Township. Witnesses reported a car had left the roadway, gone through a fence and landed in a farmer’s field. Upon arrival police learned there were three males in the vehicle and all required treatment for injuries. Paramedics transported two individuals to hospital, while a family member transported the third. The investigation revealed the driver lost control on a dirt road. Alcohol consumption contributed to the collision. Scott Schruder 29, of Cobden was charged with careless driving. Provincial Constable Marc Bennett investigated.
