(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Friday, July 17, 2015 at approximately 1:16 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single motor vehicle collision on Hwy. 10 south of Grey Rd. 40 in the Township of Chatsworth.
Investigation revealed that a 2007 Toyota Matrix was travelling northbound on Hwy. 10 when it left the road and struck a mail box on the east side of the highway. A 21 year old male passenger was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
The Chatsworth Fire Department and Grey County Emergency Services (EMS) assisted at the scene.
The driver of the Toyota, 24-year old Emmanuel John ELADIA, of North York, Ontario was issued a Provincial Offence Notice for careless driving.
