On 22 June 2017 at approximately 5:50 pm the Owen Sound Police Service investigated a motor vehicle collision which occurred 100 block of 10 th Street East.
The investigation revealed that a 35 year old female along with three children were occupying 2013 Dodge caravan and were stopped at a red light facing east. A 2007 Chrysler being driven by a 64 year old female in an eastbound direction drove into the rear of the stopped vehicle.
The collision resulted in light to moderate damage to the vehicles and the driver of the stopped vehicle suffered minor injuries, the children were not injured.
The 64 year old female was charged with careless driving.
