(PETROLIA, ONTARIO)- On November 6, 2017 members of the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit commenced an investigation into a breach of trust allegation.
A lengthy investigation by the Lambton OPP Crime Unit has resulted in the former Chief Administrative Officer of The Corporation of the Town of Petrolia being charged. Emanuel BARON, 43 years-of-age of the Town of Petrolia has been charged with allegedly committing the offence of Breach of Trust by Public Officer. He is to appear at the Sarnia Court House on April 16, 2018 in order to answer to the allegation.
