(TOWNSHIP OF GEORGIAN BLUFFS, ON) – On Friday, August 16, 2013 at approximately 8:26 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle travelling north bound on Kemble Rock Road in the Township of Georgian Bluffs to check the sobriety of the driver.
The driver of the vehicle had been drinking alcohol. He provided a breath sample into an approved road side screening device which registered in the “warn†range.
A 55 year old Mississauga, Ontario driver was issued a 3 day driver’s licence suspension. His driver’s licence was seized and his vehicle, a 2009 Mercedes-Benz C4A, was towed.
