(CLEARVIEW TWP, ON) –On Saturday February 4, 2017 members of the Huronia West detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a motor vehicle collision that occurred at King Street and Main Street in Stayner at 6:20pm involving a Clearview transport bus and a red Ford Flex.
Attending officers determined that the bus driver showed signs of impairment. He was arrested taken to the Collingwood detachment for further tests.
As a result of these tests, Bradly JAEGER age 52 of Barrie, Ontario is charged with Having Care & Control of a motor vehicle while his blood alcohol content exceeded 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood, Careless Driving and Driving motor vehicle with unsealed liquor. He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Collingwood on February 28, 2017.
The driver of the Ford vehicle sustained minor injuries.
