(Oro-Medonte, ON) – As of early Saturday July 25, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are happy to report there have been no significant disturbances related to the Burls Creek WayHome concert.
The major influx of concert goer traffic was received between 8pm and 10pm on Thursday July 23. OPP operational traffic plans have been successful thus far, as cottage traffic through Barrie and Oro Medonte was not noticeably affected.
Ontario Provincial Police are again reminding motorists the Burls Creek WayHome Concert will be continuing until July 27, 2015 and that traffic on line 7 and 9 will be controlled access only and Line 8 will be closed.
