(BURK’S FALLS, ON) On Saturday November 2, 2013 at approximately 2:15a.m police were patrolling the Village of Burk’s Falls when they noticed a male walking south bound on Ontario Street with a beer in his hands.
Police stopped the male Mathew ELZBY (21) of Burk’s Falls Ontario and charged him with having open container of liquor in other than licenced premises, residence or other private place contrary to the Liquor Licence Act of Ontario.
