Buddhi SUBEDI – Drunk Driving

(GUELPH, ON) – On November 27, 2016 at approximately 12:25 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Officers were conducting R.I.D.E. spot checks on Highway 6 and College Avenue, Guelph. A 2011 Hyundai entered the R.I.D.E. program and Officers spoke with a male driver who showed signs that he was impaired by alcohol. He was arrested and brought to a local OPP Operations Centre for testing.

32-year-old Buddhi SUBEDI of Guelph has been charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80 Mgs contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on December 16, 2016. His driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days and the vehicle impounded for a period of seven days as per statute.
