(CLEARVIEW TWP, ON) On June 23rd 2016, the Huronia West OPP Community Drug Action Team (CDAT) and Emergency Response Team (ERT) were in the town of Stayner arresting a male on an outstanding warrant. The male was searched incident to arrest. While searching the male a prohibited weapon was located on his person. As a result, the male is now facing two criminal code charges.
33 year old Bryan DOUCETTE of Clearview Township is charged with:
Possession of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order – CC 117.01(1)
Unauthorized Possession of Weapon – CC 91(2)
The accused was held for a bail hearing.
