Bruce WHITEDUCK – Drunk Driving

(MIDLAND, ON) – On Friday July 22, 2016 at approximately 2:54 p.m. officers from the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting RIDE ( Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) at Brunelle side road and Fuller Ave in the Town of Midland, ON.

A Nissan Cube approached the officers at the RIDE check. Upon speaking to the male driver, the officer determined he had been consuming alcohol and subsequently conducted a roadside test. The result of the test was fail. The driver was arrested and transported to Southern Georgian Bay Detachment for further tests. As a result of the tests the driver Bruce WHITEDUCK (age 62) of Midland was charged with:

Driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada

The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on August 4, 2016 in Midland, ON.
