Broken Down Vehicle Leads To Impaired Charge

(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) – On Friday August 07, 2015, around 9:30 p.m., a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer attended to a Subaru motor vehicle that appeared to have broken down on Hwy 23 south of Listowel.
