At the October 26 Meeting, Brockton Council passed By-Law 2016-070 Prohibiting the Feeding of Waterfowl and Seagulls on Designated Municipal Lands.
No person shall feed waterfowl or leave food or attractants of any type or in any form outdoors in such a manner as to attract, or be accessible by waterfowl or seagulls on any posted municipal lands identified as Marl Lakes. This by-law shall be enforced by an officer authorized by the Municipality of Brockton.
