(Georgian Bay, ON) Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a driving complaint on Highway 400 North in Georgian Bay Township on Friday night, January 30th, 2015 at 8:20 pm. The vehicle was located a short time later and the driver was arrested for Impaired Driving.
50 year-old Brock Chisholm of Burlington has been charged with Refusing to Provide a Breath Sample CC254(5) and will appear in Bracebridge court on 3rd March, 2015.
