Brian Spence – Impaired Driving

(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On December 7th, 2016, at approximately 8:55pm officers from the Quinte West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting Festive R.I.D.E. in the area of Wallbridge-Loyalist Rd in Quinte. Officers stopped a motor vehicle by operated by a 54 year old male from Frankford.

It was determined that the driver of the motor vehicle had consuming alcohol.

Brian Spence, 54, of Frankford has been charged with:

Driving While Ability Impaired – 253(1)(a) Criminal Code of Canada

Care or Control Over 80 mgs. – 253(1)(b) Criminal Code of Canada

The male was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice Belleville on the 5th, of January, 2017.
