(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 30 year old male with drinking and driving related offences at a Caistorville Road, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday September 27th, 2013 at approximately 3:15 am Police responded to a motor vehicle collision on Caistorville Road involving a red 2000 Ford car. Upon arrival Police spoke with the driver of the car which resulted in his arrest.
Charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over the legal limit of Alcohol is 30 year old Brian MURRAY of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
