(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a male for an Impaired Driving offence.
On Saturday, January 14, 2017 at approximately 1:00 a.m, police conducted a vehicle stop on Main Street in the City of Kenora. Police determined the driver had been consuming alcohol and he was arrested at the scene. He was transported to the detachment for further tests.
As a result of the investigation, Brian MCNANNEY age 32 from Kenora, Ontario has been charged with Driving with More than 80 mg of Alcohol in Blood contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
He is to appear in Kenora Court on February 9, 2017 to answer to the charges.
