Brian Mastronardi – 140 in an 80

(TECUMSEH, ON) – On October 28, 2016 members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) conducted a radar enforcement initiative on Highway 3 in the municipality of Tecumseh, Ontario.

At approximately 6:55 a.m. a white Dodge was stopped westbound on Highway 3 near Malden Road travelling in excess of 140 kilometers per hour in the posted 80 kilometer per hour zone.

Brian Mastronardi, age 37 of Leamington, Ontario will appear in a Windsor, Ontario court on December 19, 2016 to answer to the charge of Stunt Driving.

Mastronardi’s vehicle was impounded and his driver’s licence has been suspended for 7 days as per the regulations of the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
