(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Service Internet Child Exploitation Unit (ICE) charged an Ottawa man on Thursday, October 10, 2013 following a complaint that the man was viewing child pornography on his laptop while at the Centennial Branch of the Ottawa Public Library located at 3870 Old Richmond Road.
Brian LUNERGAN, 56 years old, of Ottawa, has been charged with one count of Possession of Child Pornography.
He was scheduled to appear at court for a bail hearing today.
