(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 35-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Grand Street, Port Dover, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at approximately 8:27 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Harbour Street, when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated at a Grand Street address.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 35-year-old Brian Lee BERG of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving while under suspension X3 and driving while disqualified contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
