(SAUGEEN FIRST NATION, ON) – On Monday September 30, 2013 between 7:00 and 8:00p.m., an officer from the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was patrolling County Road 13 on the Saugeen First Nation. He was behind a motor vehicle that was travelling at varying speeds below the posted limit of 80 and was unable to stay in its lane.
The officer stopped the motor vehicle and found the driver had been drinking. Sixty-five year old Brian CONSTABLE of Cayuga, Ontario was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving and Over 80. He is scheduled to appear in Walkerton Court to answer to the charges on October 21, 2013.
