(St-Isidore, ON) On December 19th, shortly after 5:30 pm, OPP Constable Simon Boudreau observed a 2008 Nissan Altima speeding on Ste-Catherine Street in St-Isidore
The vehicle was consequently intercepted for investigation. The driver of the vehicle was found to be disqualified from driving.
Brian BILLINGSLEY (28 yrs) of the Municipality of La Nation, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with section 259(4) Driving while Disqualified – court order.
He was also charged under the Ontario Highway Traffic Act with section 128 Speeding 1 – 49 Km/h over posted limit.
He was also charged under the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act with section 3(1) Fail to have insurance card.
His vehicle was seized. He was later released and is scheduled to appear at the L’Orignal Court on January 28th, 2015.
