(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County Detachment has charged a 34-year-old male after police stopped a vehicle at an Argyle Street South, Caledonia, Haldimand County address.
On Saturday, August 27, 2016 at approximately 3:25 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Argyle Street South when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
OPP investigated and, as a result, has charged 34-year-old Brett BROOKSBANK of Oneida, Ontario with driving while under suspension, use plate not authorized for vehicle and operate motor vehicle without insurance.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
