(HALIBURTON, ON) – The Haliburton Highlands Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a Break & Enter and theft of an ATV from a Bitter Lake Road cottage in Dysart et al. Sometime between November 16 – December 27, 2013 thieves entered a shed on the property and stole the following:
1) Ariens Lawnboy – green gas powered lawn mower
2) Echo – orange & black gas powered leaf blower
3) Dewalt DC825 24V Combo kit: jig saw, hammer drill, skill saw – black case
4) Mercury 9.9hp black & red outboard boat motor
5) 1 – 12L red plastic gas can
6) Rave – yellow & blue water trampoline
7) Cruiser – pink & silver 12ft paddleboard
Thieves also stole a 2013 green & black Arctic Cat 450 Core 4×4 ATV with VIN # RFB13ATV6DK6N1168. The ATV was situated in the cottage driveway beneath a cover.
