(GODERICH, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers and members from the Huron OPP Property Crimes Unit are currently investigating a break, enter and theft that took place earlier this week at Skippers Restaurant located on Victoria Street North in Goderich.
Sometime between 7:00 p.m. on January 10th and 4:15 a.m. on January 11th, 2017 someone forced entry into the restaurant by smashing through a ground floor window. Once inside the restaurant the thief located the cash float from the register and proceeded to exit through a rear door. A quantity of cash consisting mainly of coins was stolen.
