(COLLINGWOOD, ONTARIO) Officers from the Collingwood and The Blue Mountains detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are asking for the public’s assistance in solving two break and enters which took place overnight in the Town of Collingwood.
The first reported incident took place overnight from 11:00pm on the 7th of July to 8:00am this morning at a residence on Fifth Street in Collingwood. The culprit(s) gained entry to a screened porch area of the residence however nothing was stolen.
The second reported incident took place overnight from 10:00pm on the 7th of July to 10:00am today at a residence on Spruce Street. Culprit(s) gained entry into the residence and stole a 52 LG flat screen plasma television.
