BREAK AND ENTERS IN MINAKI

(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating several break and enters that occurred in Minaki area.

On Saturday November 22, 2014 Police received a report that at least 5 seasonal residences were broken into in Minaki. Police were advised that sometime over the weekend, unknown suspects broke into several cottages in the area. The suspect(s) then stole items including firearms and alcohol. The investigation is continuing and police are determining the value of stolen property and damages.
