(BRIGHTON, ON) – On Friday November 28, 2014 Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) entered into an investigation of a break and enter at a storage unit facility in the Municipality of Brighton where a significant amount of property was stolen.
Sometime overnight on Friday, unknown persons had forced entry to two storage units on Loyalist Drive in Brighton. One unit was entered with nothing taken, however the second unit was entered and suspects stole approximately $15,000 worth of core auto parts containing precious metals that can be retrieved for resale.
Northumberland OPP Crime Unit is continuing this investigation.
Any person with information regarding the person(s) responsible for this break, enter and theft should immediately contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1- 888-310-1122 or the Brighton OPP detachment at 1-613-475-1313 or your nearest police authority.
