Break And Enter To Pro Shop – Cash Register Stolen

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment investigated a break and enter at a Concession 14, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Monday, June 6, 2016 at approximately 3:57 a.m., police received a report of a break and enter at the Greens at Renton.

Through the course of investigation, it was determined that on Monday, June 6, 2016 in the early morning hours, unknowns attended the address and forcibly gain entry into the Pro Shop located on the property. Once inside, unknowns removed a cash register that was located on the counter along with a quantity of Canadian currency.

The damage is estimated at approximately $5,000 dollars.

The Norfolk County OPP Detachment is continuing to investigate and is seeking assistance from the public. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are being asked to contact police 1-888-310-1122.
