(EXETER, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently investigating a recent break, enter and theft of computers from business located on Main Street South in Exeter.
Just after 5:00 a.m. on Monday, November 27, 2017 Huron OPP officers responded to a front door alarm located at JTM Computers in Exeter. Officers and the key holder arrived within minutes however the thief had already departed.
Police noticed the thief gained access into the building by removing the pins from the exterior hinges on the front door. Once inside, the thief stole three Acer brand laptop computers from a display case.
Two of the stolen laptops are black Acer Aspire 5 models and one is a black Acer Aspire E15. The total value of the stolen computers is $1,500.
