Break And Enter – Suspect Descriptions Released

(PEMBROKE, ON) – The Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking suspects after a break and enter with violence was reported at a Petawawa Boulevard residence in the Town of Petawawa on October 4, 2015 at approximately 1020pm. Two male suspects, one of whom was brandishing a weapon, broke into the residence and confronted the male homeowner. The homeowner sustained minor injuries after he was assaulted by both suspects. The suspects fled on foot westbound on Petawawa Boulevard after an acquaintance of the victim pulled into the driveway at the residence. Nothing was reported stolen. The first suspect is described as:

· Caucasian male in his early 20’s to mid 30’s

· 5ft. 9in. to 5ft. 10in. tall with a stocky build

· Wearing dark shoes, a dark coloured hoodie and dark coloured jogging pants

· Wearing a black mask

The second suspect is described as:

· Caucasian male

· 5ft. 11in to 6” tall with a thin build

· Wearing a dark coloured hoodie and dark coloured jogging pants

· Wearing a dark coloured mask

Officers from the OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), OPP Forensic Identification Services Unit and the OPP Canine Unit also responded to this incident. Members of the Upper Ottawa Valley OPP Crime Unit are continuing the investigation.
