Break and Enter – Propane Furnace Stolen

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is reminding residents to be as vigilant during the daytime hours as they are when the lights go out when it comes to protecting their homes.

The Norfolk County OPP Detachment is investigating a break and enter at a Norfolk County Highway 24, South Walsingham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

Between Saturday, August 30, 2014 and Thursday, November 14, 2014, unknowns attended the address and forcibly gained entry. Once inside, unknowns proceeded to remove a propane furnace from the basement of the home.

The damage and theft is being estimated at approximately $4,000 dollars.

Anyone with information regarding any break and enter occurrence should immediately contact the Ontario Provincial Police at 1 – 888 – 310 – 1122.
