(CALEDON, ON)- On Sunday, July 28, 2013, a tenant contacted the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to report a break and enter at a Highway 10 residence in Caledon Village. Sometime between July 18th and July 27th; suspect(s) entered into the residence and stole a M3 blue and black snowboard. The suspect(s) then attended the south side of the residence and broke into a 1997 Ford Ranger, stealing four 2000 w Baseworx subwoofers and one 2500 w Baseworx amplifier. The suspect(s) then broke into a shed at the rear of the property and stole ten feet of copper wire and scrap steel.
Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.
Police are asking anyone with information about this break and enter to contact Provincial Constable McCracken, Caledon OPP at 905-584-2241 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
