Break and Enter Investigation – Four Arrested

On January 17, 2015, the Guelph Police went to a business on Dawson Road to investigate a break and enter. Suspects entered the business and removed a quantity of property. The investigation led to the arrest of two Guelph males, charged with break and enter.

A search warrant was then executed at a residence on Yarmouth Street. A quantity of property was located and a Guelph male was arrested. A second Guelph male was located in the residence at the time of the warrant and found to be in possession of a controlled substance and was also arrested.

Police then executed a search warrant at a residence on Terry Boulevard and recovered property and items related to the break and enter.

Charles Clarke, 30 years of Guelph, has been charged with break and enter and breach probation. He will appear in court on January 19, 2015.

Chris Vandeursen, 33 years of Guelph, has been charged with break and enter and two counts of breach probation. He will appear in court on January 19, 2015.

Greg Moore, 40 years of Guelph, has been charged with possession of stolen property. He will appear in court on January 19, 2015.

Darren Nichols has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and fail to comply with undertaking. He will appear in court on February 6, 2015.
