(THAMES CENTRE, ON) – Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a couple of break and enters in the Municipality of Thames Centre that occurred over the weekend.
On November 7, 2013 between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. unknown suspect(s) forcibly entered into a residence on Lanes Road in Thames Centre. The house was ransacked and numerous items were removed from the residence. There was no one home at the time of the break-in. Police are still trying to determine the value of items taken.
On November 8, 2013 between 5:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. unknown suspect(s) broke in to a residence on Elgin Road south of Highway 401 in the Municipality of Thames Centre. Once inside, the suspects removed some electronics and other items from the house. Police estimate the value of items taken at over $6000.
