On July 29, 2013 at 11:30 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to a residence within the 302 College Avenue townhome complex to investigate a break and enter. Culprit(s) entered the home sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. by damaging the front door. Stolen from the home were three full bags of hockey equipment, golf clubs a computer and a bar fridge.
