Break and Enter – Generator and Chain Saws Stolen

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is investigating a Break and Enter at a 4th Concession Road ENR, Houghton, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Saturday, September 7, 2013 in the early morning hours, unknowns attended the address and gained entry into the garage area. Once inside, unknowns proceeded to remove a generator, two chain saws and a wagon.

Through the course of investigation, the items were subsequently located hidden under some brush a short distance away from the residence.

Police want everyone to remember, if you see suspicious persons or vehicles on your property or your neighbour’s property, try to obtain as much detail as you can, write down the person(s) description, the type of vehicle they are driving and the licence plate number.

Then don’t delay, call the police and report it. 1 – 888 – 310 – 1122 will put you in contact with the nearest O.P.P. Communications Centre to report the activity. OPP (677) on your cellular will also work.
