(Rockland, ON) On October 31, 2013 OPP Constables responded to a break and enter incident at Café Laroche situated on Laurier Street in Rockland. At that location it was reported that unknown suspect(s) had broken a window on the building. It was unclear if anyone had entered the building. The OPP K9 search was unsuccessful. This was the second incident at the same location in the past 2 weeks.
