An apartment on Bruce St in Renfrew was broken into between October 29 and November 1. After forcing open a door, the thieves stole a Maytag washer and dryer, and cash from the unit. Anyone with information is asked to contact Provincial Constable Hayley Chaplin.
A former business building on Magnesium Road in Whitewater Region was broken into. A lock on the gate was cut, and several doors were forced/pried open. The theft occurred sometime between July and November and several chop saws were stolen. There are no suspects and Provincial Constable George Mikhael is investigating.
