At approximately 5:30am this morning, a homeowner on Cross Street was awoken by the sound of glass breaking. Homeowner observed a male party (detailed description not available) on his porch, who was responsible for breaking the window. Suspect then reached into the residence and grabbed a purse that was near the broken window. Homeowner gave chase but was unable to apprehend the suspect.
