(Marmora, ON) – On January 24, 2014 at 3:30 p.m. while conducting a condition compliance check in the Village of Marmora, Central Hastings O.P.P discovered 31 year old Justin KING of Marmora, ON to be disobeying a condition of his recognizance which requires him to be inside his residence unless accompanied by his surety.
As a result KING was arrested and charged with Fail to Comply with Recognizance and he was held for a bail hearing.
