(North Dundas) – On February 1, 2014 at approximately 9:45pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a call for assistance at a residence on Church Street in the Village of Winchester, North Dundas Township. Further information revealed a male at the residence was in contravention of conditions (alcohol consumption) he was bound to from a previous incident.
Brian MORDY (54) was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to comply with Probation Order
He was released to appear in Morrisburg court on February 18, 2014.
