(THUNDER BAY, ON) On Monday, March 16, 2015 at approximately 11:45 pm, officers from the Thunder Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting RIDE spot checks on Balsam Street and Highway 11/17.
The driver of a Jeep Wrangler approached the RIDE spot check and as officers spoke with the driver, they detected an odour of an alcohol emitting from the drivers breath. Investigation revealed the driver had been consuming alcohol.
Brandy BILOSKI, 38 years of age, from Gorham Township was arrested and charged with Refusing to Provide a Breath Sample contrary to the Criminal Code.
She is to appear in Provincial Court on April 28, 2015 to answer to the charge.
