(SOUTH-WEST OXFORD, ON.) – On June 24, 2015 at approximately 2:48 a.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint of a vehicle travelling westbound on Highway 401 near Culloden Line weaving in and out of lanes.
Police located the vehicle and as a result of investigation, have charged the 20 year old male driver, Brandon CORR of Thamesford under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Drive While Ability Impaired – Motor Vehicle (Alcohol)
Care or Control Over 80 milligrams
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on July 29, 2015.
